Workforce development & work-based training

TLC Construction & Renovations also partners with its sister non-profit organization, TLC Work-Based Training, which provides trainees with formal classroom instruction as well as on-the-job training in building and construction trades.

 

Current Products

TLC is the Harrisburg Housing Authority’s (HHA) MBE HUD Section 3 developer for the City of Harrisburg. In 2015, TLC will redevelop 80 HHA properties in key locations in the city that need positive neighborhood impact. The total cost of the redevelopment is between $2-$3 million.
