Tarik Casteel

Tarik Casteel is the President/Owner of TLC since 2008. Tarik is a 1991 graduate of Harrisburg High School, where he studied building maintenance. He attended Cheyney University of PA for 4 years and majored in Industrial Technology. Tarik has over 20 plus years of building & construction experience. Our creed is and has been professional, timely and qualified work as demonstrated by our accomplished portfolio.

TLC has a well-credentialed and respected team of business development professionals, project managers, construction managers and contractors. This enables us to control costs at each phase of the project. We depend on local contractors to install plumbing, electrical, and heating requirements. These contractors have a long–standing relationship with TLC, and their work ethic, dependability and to deliver professional results are unprecedented for an MBE developer.

Tarik also operates a non-profit organization, TLC Work-Based Training Program, Inc., that provides training and workforce development services, and he sits on the board of several non-profit and community-based organizations.
